Najib Jai

Najib Jai serves as CEO of Conduce Health leading commercial, finance, operations, and strategic initiatives. Prior to co-founding Conduce, Najib led specialty care strategy and the operational and product integration of RubiconMD at Oak Street Health, a market-leading value-based primary care organization. Before joining Oak Street, Najib worked across the private equity landscape with a focus on high potential companies within the value-based care market in a series of fellowships with notable firms such as Valor Equity Partners and Chicago Pacific Founders. His passion lies at the intersection of tech-enabled healthcare services, health equity, and patient-centric innovations. Najib completed a BA in Chemistry at Duke University and an MD and MBA at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and Booth School of Business, respectively.
